Job Overview: As the Coffee Residency Manager, you will oversee the daily operations from making the coffee through to the marketing and tik Tok pages. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage coffee service excellence while integrating smoothly with gallery events and exhibitions. You will ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and align coffee operations with our artistic and cultural events. Key Responsibilities: Operations and Coffee Management: Manage daily operations ensuring integration with gallery activities. Supervise all aspects of coffee preparation and service, ensuring compliance with health standards. Develop and maintain systems for inventory and supply chain management. Experience in event management or working in a culturally vibrant environment is a plus. Financial literacy, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
