New Car Sales Manager – Oxford £35,000 Basic Salary | £60,000 OTE | Company Car Overview We are seeking an ambitious and driven New Car Sales Manager to lead a successful dealership sales team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager looking to progress their career within a high-performing retail environment. You will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales performance, maximising profitability, developing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager within a franchised dealership., • A proven track record of delivering strong sales results and profitability., • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills., • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship abilities., • Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies., • High levels of organisation and attention to detail., • Full UK Driving Licence. They are now looking for a Brand Sales Manager to cover Midlands & Cotswolds area. This is a new role as they are increasing their UK territory. There is realistic growth in the patch with the focus on delivering onsite consultations/presentations to Interior Design studios and Residential Architectural firms. This is a home based role, travelling across the territory and down to the London studio and showroom.
