Sales Director – Tom Howley Location: Hybrid (Time spent at nearest Tom Howley showroom) Package: Up to £125,000 OTE + car / allowance + benefits Sector: Luxury Kitchens & Interiors | B2C | National Leadership The Opportunity The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with Tom Howley, the UK’s leading name in luxury bespoke kitchens, to appoint a Sales Director who will drive growth, elevate performance, and lead the sales function into its next phase. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a highly respected national sales operation within a profitable and design-led brand renowned for craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional customer experience. The Role • Lead a national sales team of c.70 through 4–5 Regional Sales Managers and approximately 20 luxury showrooms across the UK., • Develop and execute the sales strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability., • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and excellence across all showrooms., • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to optimise conversion and customer experience., • Provide clear, empowering leadership to remote teams while maintaining a strong presence across the network. About You We’re looking for a commercially astute and inspirational sales leader who can demonstrate: • Proven success leading multi-site, showroom-based sales operations within luxury B2C environments., • Experience managing remote teams and influencing regional performance., • Deep understanding of consultative, high-value retail sales., • A track record in kitchens, furniture, interiors, or luxury appliances is ideal., • Alternatively, senior leaders from adjacent luxury retail sectors (e.g., automotive or fashion) will be considered if they bring relevant showroom leadership expertise.
