Key Responsibilities As Senior Showroom Manager, your key responsibilities will include: • Ensuring all enquiries are handled to the highest standards on our systems by close of business every day., • Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve volume and margin targets., • Delivering class-leading vehicle displays and maintaining immaculate forecourt areas., • Managing the sales process while maintaining a hands-on role with customers., • Achieving F&I commission and penetration objectives., • Ensuring all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly, in line with legal requirements (e.g., the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice). This is essential to avoid costly mistakes. · Be able to follow CAD and administrative processes already set in place by the company and suggest improvements to them if necessary. · Undertake other duties, such as process-related administration and assisting the warehouse with any order queries they may have. · Wear smart-casual dress (as the role would require conducting showroom appointments). · Be keen to provide excellent customer service. Please note that our client is not a bespoke company, and the designs will be pre-designed by one of their sales team.
