Role: Process Safety Manager (Functional Safety) Location: Remote (UK) with international travel Type: Permanent SRG are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in the process industries with the hire of a Process Safety Manager. In this role, you will help strengthen process safety performance across active sites and ongoing projects. Key responsibilities: • Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses such as PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, • Support Functional Safety activities (SIS/SIF) within engineering projects, • Assist in the development and improvement of process safety procedures, • Deliver training on process safety methodologies, • Contribute to incident investigations and internal audit programs Criteria: • BEng Chemical Engineering or related discipline, • Functional Safety qualification (CFSE, TUV FS Eng or equivalent), • Experience with SIL assessments and risk identification methods, • Experience facilitating PHA/HAZOP studies, • Knowledge of Area Classification, Alarm Management, and Human Factors If interested, please apply or contact Julia for more information: 0161 667 1803
