Customer Migrations Executive Manchester or Slough (Hybrid 2-3 days a week) Competitive + Commission About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Migrations Executive to join our Customer Migrations team. In this role, you will manage the customer journey as clients transition from legacy products to our new SaaS solutions. You will take ownership of a defined customer group, ensuring they receive a seamless migration experience while maximising their value from the IRIS product suite. Your success will be measured on revenue retention and growth, and your approach will be structured, organised, and commercially focused. Key Responsibilities • Manage customer migrations from legacy platforms to new SaaS solutions through agreeing pricing options for the transition., • Facilitate the transition using Salesforce to get relevant documents completed, • Support customers to ensure they derive maximum value from IRIS offerings., • Engage with customers through outbound communication to guide them through the next migration steps., • Proactively promote and sell the benefits of the IRIS product portfolio., • Produce weekly performance reports for the Migrations Manager., • Identify and close opportunities to sell additional products during the migration process., • Collaborate effectively with the wider commercial team and cross-functional departments. What you'll bring: • Educated to degree level., • Experience in software sales is highly desirable., • Confident and effective presenter, including at senior level., • Strong IT and software application skills., • Professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach., • Highly organised with a structured selling methodology., • Self-driven with strong commercial acumen., • Collaborative team player with a positive mindset.
