An exciting opportunity for one of their flagship projects in the UK. The Quantity Surveyor role Ideally, you'll; • be a recognised Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash, • Working together to input into Work Scope Documents/ Procurement of Enabling Work Packages with the Client Procurement Team., • have prior experience with CM projects, • have experience managing a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account., • be keen to minimise risk, cost and maximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials., • Large scale major project experience / Construction Management experience, • Strategy – Can disseminate a breadth of internal and external data and apply sound judgement regarding the strategic direction of the business JBRP1_UKTJ
