Our company DEOW is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic UK College/University Application Tutor to assist students who wish to apply to or transfer into universities and colleges in the UK. Candidates must have a solid understanding of the UK education system. We warmly welcome Japanese speakers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop customized lesson and counseling plans based on each student’s goals and needs, • Provide instruction in GCSE or A-Level subjects, including English, Math, Reading and Science and so on, • Teach test-taking strategies to improve student’s performance, • Administer practices tests and review results to identify areas for improvement, • Offer personalized feedback and constructive criticism, • Track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly, • Prepare students for the timing and pacing aspects of the test, • Help and assist the writing essay for showcasing their individuality, • Familialize yourself and students with essay prompts and requirements of the UK universities, • Encourage and motivates students to achieve their best scores, • Communicate with parents and guardians about student process if necessary Qualifications: • Strong interest in education field, • Excellent writing and editing skill, • Familiarity with GCSE and A-Level, • Deep understanding of college/university admissions trends and essay structure, • Knowledge of academic standards, • Prior experiences in a background in English, education or counseling, • Must be able to communicate in Japanese Requirement: • Working Hours: Flexible, • Work from Home: all duties will be done online Compensation: • £20/Hour- depending on your prior experiences *Please kindly send us your resume or your LinkedIn profile.
