Junior Project Manager – Live Events We’ve partnered with a leading live events and sports production company that delivers some of the most high-profile sporting and entertainment experiences around the world. They’re looking for a Junior Project Manager with a technical background in live event delivery. Someone who thrives onsite, communicates confidently, and takes pride in seeing their work come to life in front of thousands (and sometimes millions) of people. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside world-class production teams, supporting the delivery of major global events, from large-scale LED and AV installations to live broadcast and sports presentation projects. What you’ll be doing: • Supporting Project Managers in delivering complex event and technical solutions, • Taking ownership of smaller projects from planning to onsite delivery, • Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure flawless execution, • Working hands-on with technology including LED, AV, rigging, and live production systems, • Travelling to major sporting and entertainment venues across the UK and internationally What we’re looking for: • Experience in live event delivery or technical production (LED, AV, or similar), • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Hands-on and proactive approach to managing projects onsite, • A passion for live sport, entertainment, and creating world-class experiences, • Full UK driving licence and passport The offer: • Hybrid working – being within reach of Preston HQ is ideal but not essential, • 10-day fortnight working pattern for better work/life balance, • Laptop, mobile, and international travel opportunities If you’re looking to take the next step in your live events career and want to work on projects that make a global impact, we’d love to hear from you.
