The Sales Administrator will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing order processing, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, and overseeing administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and close coordination with both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities • Accurately process customer orders and maintain records, • Respond to enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally, • Coordinate with internal departments and our UK production team to ensure timely order fulfilment, • Assist with general sales administration and reporting tasks, • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and resolve inquiries effectively, • Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales to manage orders efficiently and support the sales team, • Experience in Administrative Assistance to handle back-office tasks and maintain records accurately, • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Familiarity with sales or inventory management software is a plus, • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks, • Previous experience in a Sales or Administrative role is preferred Location: Preston, Lancashire Hours: Full-time Salary: Competitive + Benefits (DOE) If you're ready to bring your skills and enthusiasm to a role where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you! They’re looking for a Junior Project Manager with a technical background in live event delivery. Someone who thrives onsite, communicates confidently, and takes pride in seeing their work come to life in front of thousands (and sometimes millions) of people. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside world-class production teams, supporting the delivery of major global events, from large-scale LED and AV installations to live broadcast and sports presentation projects.
