In this role, as a Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins. Your role will focus on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals. Some Key Responsibilities Include: Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings. Support residents to achieve their desired goals/outcomes in various ways. Empower residents to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment. Supporting residents to build independence and progress in their healing through engaging activities, from movie nights and arts and crafts to brunch club and fully funded day trips. Monitor residents' wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies. Responsibilities include: • Driving improvements across content pipelines, workflows, tools, and technical processes., • Developing and maintaining scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency and quality., • Supporting shader development, rendering workflows, procedural systems, and runtime implementation., • Identifying performance bottlenecks and proposing practical optimization solutions., • Collaborating with Graphics and Engineering teams to align artistic goals with technical constraints., • Supporting the development of tools, automation, and pipeline improvements across A&A., • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Technical Artists and adjacent disciplines., • Supporting sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-disciplinary delivery discussions., • Helping define and maintain Technical Art standards and best practices., • Clearly communicating technical concepts and workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Strong Technical Art fundamentals and experience operating across multiple technical areas while helping drive quality, scalability, and collaboration across the team., • Advanced experience in more than one Technical Art area such as shaders, rendering, procedural workflows, scripting, optimization, VFX, rigging, animation, tools, or content pipelines., • Unity Experience., • Enjoys solving technical problems and improving production workflows at both team and project scale., • Understands how to balance visual quality, technical limitations, usability, and runtime performance., • Experience building maintainable and scalable workflows rather than one-off solutions., • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical disciplines., • Collaborates effectively across Art, Animation, Graphics, Engineering, and Production teams., • Is organized, self-driven, and capable of managing complex technical initiatives independently., • Can identify opportunities for improvement and proactively drive change., • Is comfortable mentoring others and helping raise technical standards across the team., • Contributes positively to team culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback., • Is motivated to continuously learn, improve, and help shape the future direction of Technical Art within the project., • Private Healthcare and Dental Plans., • A range of Gym Membership options through our Benefits partners., • Travel Insurance for yourself and your family., • Subsidised mental health, therapy, and coaching sessions are available., • Access to our on-site physical and massage therapist services., • Free access to games released under the SEGA Europe umbrella., • Contributory Pension Scheme (up to 7% of annual salary)., • Regular events in collaboration with our partner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
