Their service is growing, and are looking for enthusiastic, organised administrators to help us continue meeting the increasing demand across the hospital. This role is available as a fixed-term contract, making it a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. About the Role As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in helping the organisation deliver safe and effective care to our patients. You’ll support the sourcing and engagement of temporary workers across a range of specialties and professions. Your day‑to‑day work will include: • Liaising with managers, new temporary workers, current staff and external agencies, • Ensuring shifts are advertised correctly, • Booking temporary workers into suitable shifts, • Keeping managers updated on progress, • Ensuring Bank Workers are compliant with Mandatory training, • Providing MI to our internal customers If you’re someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and working collaboratively, this could be a fantastic next step for you. We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, organisation and strong communication skills to the team. However, you must have solid administrative experience in a high‑volume, demanding environment.
