Position: Patient Solutions Senior Associate - Cardiometabolic Health Location: Near Hook, UK - Hybrid Client: Pharmaceutical Main Responsibilities • Lead and manage the digital Patient Support Programme (PSP) for weight management from design to delivery., • Act as the primary contact between the company, the vendor, and internal teams (medical, compliance, IT, marketing)., • Oversee vendor performance and ensure full compliance with ABPI, MHRA, GDPR, pharmacovigilance, and NHS standards., • Manage content approval and certification through Veeva Vault PromoMats, maintaining audit trails and compliance documentation., • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure all materials align with strategic and regulatory objectives., • Plan and execute the PSP launch, ensuring all assets, training, and field materials are ready and compliant., • Deliver briefings, toolkits, FAQs, and activation playbooks to support internal teams and external communications., • Monitor programme performance, patient engagement, and service quality through data insights and reporting., • Gather feedback from patients, HCPs, and field teams to drive continuous improvement and optimise content., • Manage programme budget, resources, and scalability, ensuring strong value and measurable outcomes. Main Requirements • Degree-level education (or equivalent professional experience) in a relevant field., • Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or patient support programmes (cardiometabolic experience preferred)., • Proven project management skills with experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives., • Strong knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and experience managing compliance for PSPs or similar programmes., • Proficiency with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar systems., • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to balance strategic goals with operational delivery and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
