Now in its third and final year, the project builds on the successes of the first two years, reflecting on what has been achieved and examining the impact on healthcare inequalities, while continuing to deepen and broaden its reach across South West London. The Programme covers Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, and Wandsworth, all within the South West London Integrated Care System. The Programme Manager is responsible for leading three Engagement and Patient Involvement Team Members, each managing two boroughs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all areas. For the remainder of the project, the team will plan and deliver three borough-specific conferences in Sutton, Merton, and Richmond.
