We’re looking for an exceptional Product Complaints Specialist to join a medical device organisation committed to innovation, compliance and improving lives worldwide. As a Product Complaints Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product complaints are investigated thoroughly, resolved efficiently and handled in accordance with global regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Managing and investigating product complaints from initial intake through to closure, • Conducting root cause analysis and supporting CAPA activities, • Ensuring compliance with MDR, FDA, ISO 13485 and internal quality processes, • Identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate investigations, • Maintaining clear, compliant documentation and complaint records Requirements • Experience within the medical device industry, • Background in complaints handling, quality assurance, post-market surveillance or investigations, • Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards, • Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and patient safety, • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Park Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
