Liaise with travel agencies and agents to address inquiries, resolve disputes, and assist with commission matters. Collaborate with other teams to gather relevant financial information. Our private dining space is available to hire for any occasion from breakfast and lunch through to dinner and evening receptions. This stunning art deco room accommodates up to 22 guests at a single long table, 24 guests at four round tables, or 30 guests for standing receptions. We are looking for a talented and charismatic Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Brasserie of Light. When The Pegasus Room isn't reserved for private events, it serves as an extension of our main dining area. In such cases, you would be integrated into our Front of House team, managing a section within our restaurant alongside our waiters and waitresses. Flexibility is key in this role, as there are times when last-minute events may be booked, affecting work schedules.
