Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably within healthcare, medical services, or a similar regulated sector. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build trust at all levels of the organisation and influence senior leadership. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Degree desirable.
