The Role As a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer, youll ensure the safe and effective installation, commissioning and operation of advanced combustion systems at client sites. Your responsibilities include: Installing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and cabling systems Commissioning new and retrofit combustion equipment, plus maintenance, troubleshooting and fault analysis Starting up and maintaining combustion products and systems such as flare systems, flare gas recovery, burners, oxidisers and associated control equipment Preparing RAMS, site visit reports, timesheets and technical documentation Identifying additional aftermarket opportunities during site visits Supervising outage/turnaround work and delivering operator training (on-site and classroom) Promoting and adhering to all Health & Safety policies What Were Looking For A multi-skilled engineer or technician with strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or PLC knowledge Self-motivated and proactive , able to work independently Willing to travel extensively , including periods of 12 weeks away from home (up to 180+ days per year) Safety focused , comfortable working at height, in confined spaces or offshore Competent in reading P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and technical documents Strong communication, report-writing and IT skills Desirable: experience with combustion equipment or in oil, gas or petrochemical environments Time spent working away from home is advantageous Ready for a Global Engineering Opportunity?
