Skills, experience, and qualification required for the role. · Proven experience as a Childminder or similar role. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. · Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Also Childminder must communicate professionally with the parents, including actively listening, responding, and engaging with the children. Clear and open communication prevents misunderstandings and ensures the children's needs are met Experience in the similar role for 3 years is desirable.
