Managing a team of staff. ** Key responsibilities:** 1. Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our social club, including Rotas, liaising with payroll to ensure staff are paid on time. 2. Managing and leading a team of staff ensuring full cover is provided at all times dependant on function. 3. Recruit and train new employees on policies, procedures and standards expected. 4. Motivate and offer support to your team, ensuring each customer is offered the highest level of service. 5. Be innovative, approachable, and have the ability to quickly build rapport with our customers. 6. Looking at new ways on how to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales ( upselling, etc) 7. Maintaining a clean visual of the bars showing what is on offer. 8. Cellar management including pipe cleaning. 9.
