We're buzzing to be opening our tenth Yard Sale Pizza in Tottenham this March, bringing our award-winning handmade, hand-delivered pizzas to the neighbourhood! We'll be serving up London's ultimate delivery pizza, all delivered by our amazing team of drivers through our in-house delivery service, with around 20 seats for dine-in customers. We're hiring enthusiastic Delivery Cyclists to join our team, working across evenings and weekends to deliver pizzas to the local residents. We have e-bikes with top speeds of 25km/h with some shops equipped with only e-bikes to ensure an efficient delivery service! We're also offering a fantastic opportunity for cyclists to become a moped driver! You can complete a CBT course with 50% paid by the company (terms and conditions apply). Thorough training will also be provided. What's on offer: Paying £12.71 per hour* • Winter bonus of £1.27 per hour starting 5th of October. You will lead by example on the pass, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen exactly as John intends, and step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. What You’ll Be Doing • Run great production days: Work with your fellow Supervisors to organise the team, set priorities and keep food preparation and cooking running smoothly against the production plan., • Lead and develop the team: Coach, support and motivate our chefs and Kitchen Porters, creating a great working environment with clear expectations and high standards., • Maintain quality and food safety: Make sure our chef-made components are consistently delicious and produced safely, accurately and to specification, maintaining high standards of hygiene, allergen controls and HACCP., • Keep performance on track: Stay on top of production flow, timings and productivity, stepping in to solve problems and keep the day moving., • Improve how we work: Spot inefficiencies and recurring issues, bring forward practical ideas and turn agreed improvements into action., • Work as one Production team: Collaborate with other Supervisors, department leaders and Production Managers to solve problems and deliver the wider production plan. About You You might already be supervising a production kitchen, or you could be an experienced chef ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role.
