Days: 3 days a week Baytna is looking for an experienced and reliable Stall Manager to manage our Syrian burger street-food stall across all KERB markets in London. This is a role combining street-food operations, food preparation, team management, stock and supplier management, driving and food safety. Our markets vary from week to week but will rotate between 4 locations: cow cross yards in farringdon, fleet place in Blackfriars gherkin in central and Francis road in Leyton. The Stall Manager will also assess which locations perform best and support decisions on where the business should trade. Key responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operation of our Syrian burger street-food stall., • Drive the company van from our base in Leyton (E10) to KERB markets across London, set up the stall and equipment, and return the van after service., • Prepare burgers and other ingredients ahead of market days. (Paid prep day), • Purchase and maintain sufficient ingredients and stock using Baytna's approved supplier list and company card., • Manage the stall during busy services and ensure food is prepared and served quickly and consistently., • Lead and support stall staff, including team members from refugee and diverse backgrounds., • Maintain all required food hygiene, health & safety and operational documentation., • Safely operate stall equipment, including connecting gas canisters and understanding correct fire-extinguisher procedures., • Monitor different KERB market locations and provide feedback on which markets are most suitable and commercially successful., • Help maintain the company van and arrange fuel and necessary vehicle expenses using the company card., • Support additional paid Baytna work where available, including private events, catering and supper clubs. You can work across different sessions depending on your availability. About the Role You will support children with a wide range of additional needs to take part in activities, play, socialise and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. The role can involve supporting children with complex and challenging needs. Some children require personal care, including support with toileting and changing nappies. Some of the children we support can also become very physical when dysregulated. You will need to be confident remaining calm, following agreed support plans and working closely with the rest of the QuestLearn team. Positive handling training would be very beneficial, although it is not essential. Range of Responsibilities • Basic personal care - this could include feeding, washing, dressing, personal hygiene • Following and implementing care plans under the direction of a qualified nurse • Ensuring service user privacy, dignity and confidentiality • Take accurate messages and answer the telephone in a courteous manner • Ensure orientation of the home environment to new service users • Responding appropriately to emergency situations • Understand and respect different religious, spiritual and cultural beliefs. • Undertake the care of people who are dying • Undertake moving and handling using a safe and correct procedure • Abide by the homes policies and procedures • Work co-operatively with other members of the multi-disciplinary team • Maintaining a clean environment with due consideration to Health and Safety issues • Any other responsibilities the client may have for specific client groups • To comply with all policies and procedures detailed in the Healthcare Services Handbook

We're looking for someone with strong communication and analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage and mentor junior staff.
