Manage the business development team, providing guidance and training to enhance overall team performance and achieve business growth objectives. Who We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Music Industry Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing; experience in the music or retail industry is a plus. Experience in managing and marketing professional online platform account. Excellent client relationship management skills and communication abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and office software. A deep understanding of or strong interest in music, guitars, or the musical instrument industry.
