You will start each day at our East Ham store, ensure orders are loaded correctly, and complete scheduled deliveries using our delivery app. This role requires a punctual, organised individual who can communicate clearly with customers and uphold our service standards. Key Responsibilities - Collect and load orders from the East Ham location. - Deliver goods safely to customers across the M25. - Handle chilled goods responsibly in line with company guidelines. - Communicate professionally with customers upon arrival. - Use the delivery app for navigation, proof of delivery and route completion. - Maintain the vehicle in a clean and respectable condition. - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times. What We Provide - Company van (Transit), fuel and insurance included. - Uniform and necessary equipment provided. - Basic training on chilled goods handling, delivery procedures and app use. Requirements - Standard UK driving licence. - Minimum 1 year of van driving experience. - Confident communication in English (basic but clear communication required). - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Comfortable with weekday and weekend work. Working Pattern & Pay - Full-time position (weekdays + weekends). - PAYE. - Hourly pay rate (set by employer at offer stage). - No cash handling on delivery. - No bonuses, incentives or holiday pay/overtime attached to this role.
