We are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist who demonstrates a high standard of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality. The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong client relationships and possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated team. This role requires a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and strong commercial awareness. You will be confident in up-selling and cross-selling treatments and products, consistently working towards and exceeding daily and monthly targets. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
