An international education organisation known for developing award-winning digital learning products is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across Eastern Europe. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary plus commission, based in the UK, on a hybrid working model ideally with a London office presence preferred of 1-2 days per week, though flexibility is available. As a key member of the global sales team, you'll take ownership of the Eastern Europe territory-developing and executing regional sales strategies, building long-term partnerships with schools and educational organisations, and driving revenue through consultative, solution-led sales. This role will focus on expanding the company's presence in both the public and private education sectors, including English-medium and bilingual schools. You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and working closely with regional resellers and partners to grow the market. The position demands a deep understanding of the education landscape in Eastern Europe, alongside strong relationship-building and deal-closing skills. We're looking for someone who is commercially astute, passionate about education, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. Experience in EdTech/SaaS, large-deal negotiations, and a track record of success in international business development are highly desirable.
