Due to a recent contract win, the contractor is expanding their in-house team and are now looking for a skilled Carpenter Multi-Trader to join their Enfield-based team, delivering general housing repairs. Key Responsibilities Delivering all aspects of repairs across tenanted and void social housing properties Undertaking planned carpentry installations and remedials as part of a scheduled upgrade programmes Supporting with multi-trade tasks including: Splash back tiling Minor external works Patch plastering and making good Painting and decorating to a professional standard Basic plumbing Working in occupied properties with consideration for residents and their homes Maintaining excellent customer service and representing the company to a high standard.
