What You'll Do: Own and execute the end-to-end ecommerce strategy Optimise site performance, UX, and conversion rates Drive traffic and sales through SEO, PPC, email, and paid social Analyse data to uncover insights and boost performance Manage ecommerce platforms and marketplaces Lead merchandising and promotional planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies Support customer service during peak periods What We're Looking For: 4+ years in ecommerce with a track record of growth 2+ years in a leadership or management role Data-driven and commercially sharp Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Adobe Commerce Expertise in 3+ areas: SEO, PPC, email, content, CRO, social, influencer marketing Strong communicator and proactive problem solver Highly organised with sharp attention to detail Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with marketplaces and merchandising Working knowledge of Canva or other design tools SMS marketing or digital PR experience Video editing or creative production skills Why Join Us?
