SVP of Sales / Sales Director / Senior Vice President of Sales / VP of Sales / Vice President of Sales Location: London (Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite) Salary: £100,000 to £130,000 plus commission and benefits Travel: Regular travel to Dublin required Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time About the Role A leading Salesforce consultancy is seeking an SVP of Sales to drive commercial growth, lead strategic sales programmes and expand relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem. This senior position requires a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of CRM solutions, strong executive presence and the ability to influence C level stakeholders. You will shape go to market strategy, lead high value pursuits and play a key role in accelerating the consultancys presence across the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales organisation, setting strategy, commercial targets and performance metrics. Grow new business revenue across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on enterprise level CRM programmes. Develop and own key relationships with Salesforce teams in London and Dublin. Drive executive level engagement with clients, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and Transformation Directors. Oversee pipeline development, forecasting and enterprise pursuit planning. Lead high value bids and work closely with delivery, pre sales and technical architecture teams. Represent the consultancy at Salesforce events, partner briefings and industry forums. Build, mentor and grow a high performing sales team focused on CRM and digital transformation programmes. Skills and Experience Required Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role within a Salesforce consultancy or CRM focused technology partner. Proven track record of selling Salesforce or enterprise CRM solutions into mid market and enterprise clients. Strong network, credibility and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem in the UK and Ireland. Experience managing complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations and high value transformation deals. Ability to work closely with Salesforce Partner Account Managers, AEs and industry specialists. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level. Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams. Willingness to travel regularly to Dublin for partner and client meetings.
