This is a self employed role, based remotely in the South West. They empower their advisers to operate their businesses independently, driving strong earning potential. The team are currently seeking an experienced, self-employed Mortgage Adviser who is eager to build their own business with the support of an established firm. While some leads can be provided, this role is ideal for someone who is motivated to drive their own new business, with full backing to help achieve that goal. As the business expands, there will be opportunities for growth, including potential progression into wealth management for advisers interested in broadening their service offerings over time. What will you need to succeed? • CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified, • At least 12 months’ experience advising on mortgages and protection, • A strong desire to build and grow your own client network, • High standards of customer service and relationship-led advice, • Well-organised, confident communicator, • Based in or around Exeter Why us?
