We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join the growing complaints team based in our Coventry city centre offices. This role would suit anyone who has previously worked in a contact centre environment and is truly passionate about delivering customer first experiences, based around the idea of "getting it right first time". Experience of working in the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable but isn’t essential, however you must have proven experience of complaint handling within a customer service environment. In this role you will be: • Answering inbound phone calls from customers and resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently as possible within a timely manner, • Monitoring customer email inboxes and web chats, providing responses within KPI timeframes at the highest levels of customer care., • Working with your colleagues to share experience and skills in managing complex queries over the phone, using your adaptability to work with the changing priorities of a busy contact centre environment. Working Pattern This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
