The opportunity We are seeking a high-performing Senior Consultant to join our Non-Financial Risk Consulting team, with a focus on digital assets within Wealth and Asset Management. This role will support clients in navigating the evolving digital asset landscape, helping them design and implement robust risk and control frameworks across emerging products and services. You will work at the intersection of innovation and risk, advising clients on governance, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience across digital asset ecosystems. Your key responsibilities Your contribution will play a significant part in helping our clients deliver successful results covering a range of risk projects. There are multiple aspects to the role: • Advise clients on non-financial risk frameworks for digital assets, including governance, risk taxonomies, and control environments., • Support the design and implementation of risk and control frameworks across digital asset lifecycle processes (issuance, trading, custody, settlement, and reporting) with a specific focus on distribution, product governance and fund operations., • Assess and enhance digital asset process flows, identifying key risks and defining indicative controls., • Evaluate and map client journeys across digital asset use cases, such as:, • Tokenisation of assets and funds, • Investing in digital assets and cryptocurrencies, • Stablecoin payments and settlements, • Advise on operating models and target control environments for digital asset use cases for wealth and asset managers., • Conduct risk assessments across different participants (e.g., asset manager vs. transfer agent vs. custodian), highlighting how risks and controls vary., • Support clients in interpreting and implementing global regulatory requirements related to digital assets., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, regulatory, compliance) to deliver holistic client solutions. Our FTDS team has a speciality eDiscovery team that operates across the full data investigation lifecycle (identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, production, reporting, and data disposition). We work with clients across a range of sectors, and specialising in financial services (retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking and insurance), supporting investigations, disputes, and proactive risk detection. This is a newly created function and you will be its first hire.The Head of AI Platforms & Deployment is a player-manager role reporting to the Engineering Director, owning both sides of that strategy: the AI Platforms capability pillars (control, monitoring and sandboxing; agentic workflow orchestration; knowledge capture) and the AI Deployment team of forward-deployed engineers who put AI to work on real business problems. You will be hands-on from day one - enabling business deployment of AI with the tools we have today - whilst also building and delivering a business-driven, multi-year AI platforms strategy and hiring and managing the team that executes it.Why now:AI offers Moneybox significant opportunities, and unlocking them safely means managing the risks that come with it. The controls and capabilities that make that possible (gateways, sandboxing, guardrails, monitoring, perimeter defence) need dedicated leadership to build.Demand for AI-enabled business systems is real and, without a safe path, goes underground. Someone must own the graduation ladder from "works for me" to owned, reviewed business system.We are hosting customer-facing AI models as part of our Aurora financial guidance service. Serving these safely, securely and at scale needs a dedicated engineering owner.We need to evolve our current Claude, Gemini and other frontier LLM deployments into a coherent, safe and effective strategic deployment platform.You are not coming in to write a strategy deck. Pace and learning are key: we expect you to run two tracks in parallel from day one -enable the do-ers , helping the business use AI safely with what we have today rather than gating everything behind platform build, andbuild the strategic platform . Key decisions should be made within your first two to three months and material platform improvements live within six. You will hire further engineers before the end of the year, growing the team as the benefits compound.What You'll Do Own the AI platform strategy. Risk management, horizon scanning, supplier selection and vendor management, business case ownership, and benefits realisation through a coherent, business-driven delivery roadmap that is trusted by stakeholders across Moneybox.Build and lead the AI Deployment team. This includes:AI safety for internal use : sandboxing, policy, integrations, MCP governance, usage guardrails and monitoring expectations.The three platform pillars : control, monitoring and sandboxing (LLM and MCP gateway, anonymisation, local hardening, sandboxed cloud agent hosting); agentic workflow orchestration (a "software factory" in the cloud with hybrid self-serve and engineering-managed workflows); and knowledge capture and organisation.AI workflow tooling and the tiered graduation ladder from personal tool, to shared tool, to business system.Evolving existing deployments : tactical enhancement of what we run today so it aligns with the strategic direction.Own model hosting and scaling. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our growth trajectory over the coming years. Reporting into the Head of Paid Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our Paid Social strategy, identifying and driving forward new opportunities, and setting the strategic direction for some of our highest-spend acquisition channels.You'll work at the intersection of performance media, creative strategy, and cross-functional product marketing. You will own the roadmap for channels like Meta and TikTok across our entire product mix, be a key partner to our internal design team in our established creative testing loop, and additionally act as the dedicated performance marketing lead to help scale our Investing and Pensions products.What You'll Do Lead the channel strategy & growth: Own the roadmap for our Paid Social channels (including Meta and TikTok) across all product categories. You will autonomously manage a significant budget, driving user acquisition across both mobile app and web funnels, and implement structured trials to scale new channels (e.g. Reddit)Balance strategy with execution: While this is a highly strategic role, we are a fast-moving business.
