We are looking for a Calling Assistant to join our Client Relations Team, based at our Watford office. This role is perfect for someone with a friendly, bubbly personality who enjoys speaking to people over the phone and building strong connections. Your primary focus will be to reach out to existing clients, help schedule reviews, and re-engage them with our services. Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting outbound calls to existing clients with a professional and friendly approach.
· Scheduling client reviews with advisers to ensure their protection needs are up-to-date.
· Re-engaging clients by highlighting the value and benefits of our tailored services.
· Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
· Collaborating with the Client Relations Team to meet outreach and engagement goals. What We’re Looking For:
