The Amazon Full Service Manager will own the overall performance of our clients' Amazon businesses, including both Vendor and Seller accounts. This vital role ensures clients not only reach but surpass their sales and profitability goals, while upholding brand integrity and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Strategy Development & Execution: • Lead the development and execution of a robust Amazon growth strategy for clients, focusing on key levers such as SEO optimization, on-platform advertising, product listings, and pricing strategies., • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, market trends, and platform features to maximize client performance., • Develop and manage promotional campaigns, such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, in alignment with each client’s business objectives. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: • Track and analyze key Amazon metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews to ensure clients meet or exceed their KPIs., • Utilize tools such as Amazon Seller Central, AMS, and DSP to optimize campaigns and product listings., • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, including identifying slow-moving SKUs, optimizing inventory levels, and forecasting demand., • Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Data Rova, Seller Sprite, Helium 10, Sellerboard, Sellerise, and other Amazon software., • Use internal Amazon data from Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer, and other Amazon business reports to identify the best growth opportunities for clients. Amazon Account Management: • Act as the main point of contact for clients' Amazon accounts, handling day-to-day management of both Seller and/or Vendor Central platforms., • Manage content updates (product descriptions, images, bulletpoints etc.), pricing adjustments, and promotional activities., • Coordinate with clients to monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders., • Quickly and efficiently handle account issues such as photo or keyword violations, incorrect complaints, pesticide warnings, missing information on listings, lost buy boxes, missing inventory, and other common issues that arise on accounts., • Manage any VA’s that help with the day to day maintenance and monitoring of a clients account. Their main role being to monitor and aid account health issues and also calling/creating case logs for Amazon Seller Support. Advertising & Promotional Management: • Lead the development and execution of Amazon Advertising strategies (Sponsored Ads/DSP) to drive visibility and sales growth for clients., • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI and client success., • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising tools and trends, and continuously look for ways to improve campaign effectiveness. PPC & Marketing Management: • Client Communication and Education: Speak with the client to obtain a full understanding of client targets and goals. Regularly update and align on targets that are fair, reasonable, and achievable for both the client and company to increase the lifetime value and reduce churn rates., • Budget Allocation and ACoS Goals: Regularly evaluate budgets and adjust based on profitability, seasonality, and account goals. Keep ACoS aligned with the client’s expectations and business model., • Keyword and Search Term Optimization: Continuously analyze search term reports to add high-performing keywords, refine negative keywords, and eliminate wasted ad spend., • Placement Adjustments and Bid Strategies: Optimize bids for top-of-search and product pages, balancing higher visibility with profitability, and leverage dynamic bidding options., • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor metrics like CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates. Provide clear, actionable reports to clients with insights into what’s working and where improvements are needed. Client Reporting: • Provide regular performance reports to clients, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth., • Serve as a key liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery., • Highlight focal points that showcase the effectiveness of Clear Ads’ performance and create clear timelines that showcase what is being worked on and delivered., • Effectively manage and track time on each account to ensure that all accounts get the agreed deliverables. Ensuring expectations and your time are managed sensibly. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, data analytics) and external partners (e.g., Amazon reps) to ensure seamless execution of strategies., • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth., • Direct the plan for both internal and external strategies. Clearly and effectively describe next steps and delegate tasks to VAs, members of the client’s teams, and the assigned PPC account manager. Required Skill Set: • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability., • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms., • Solid understanding of Amazon Advertising (AMS, DSP) and SEO best practices for product listings., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance., • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, and product launches on Amazon., • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners., • Comfort and experience using tools for PPC management such as Pacuve, Scale Insights, etc. to create rules and reports to better manage accounts., • Proficiency with Google Sheets including building reports, pivot tables, charts, and more as well as modifying existing reports, fixing errors, and utilizing Amazon flat files., • Able to organize and prioritize workflows and knowing how to differentiate between what is important and what is urgent. Bonus Skill Set • Familiarity with DTC channels and e-commerce platforms. Interview Process • Cover letter - we expect all candidates to provide a cover letter with their CV. These tests are made up of an aptitude test and a practical test., • Technical/ Final interview - Once a batch of tests are reviewed, we will invite candidates back for a final interview. Experience: • Amazon Advertising: 2 years (required), • Proven track record of owning client performance targets (revenue, TACoS/ACoS, ROAS, margin) and being accountable for results rather than just “doing the ads”., • Hands-on experience launching new products on Amazon (keyword research, listing build-out, reviews strategy, launch campaigns)., • Experience managing catalogue complexity (variations, flat files, parent/child relationships, merges, and fixes)., • Demonstrated success improving listing conversion rate through creative/content changes (A+ content, images, copy testing).

We’re looking for an Advanced Gameplay Animator to join our growing studio and help create immersive and dynamic gameplay animations which enhance the player experience of our projects. In this role, you will work closely with our existing Animation team but also as an individual taking ownership of key features, support more junior members of the team, and contribute to the wider creative vision of the studio. We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK. Must haves: UE4/5, Blueprints, Maya, a reel showcasing realistic gameplay character animation, keyframe and mo-cap, locomotion, combat, environmental interaction. AAA background. In this role you will: • Working closely with the Animation Director, Animation team and other creative disciplines, you’ll help to establish our animation benchmarks to ensure consistent style and quality throughout the project., • Alongside owning a key feature in the game, you’ll collaborate with others to obtain feedback and ensure the feature design is the best it can be., • Champion and inspire others within the team, providing guidance and insight to more junior members but also help improve the wider industry where possible., • Create and implement world class quality animations using keyframe and/or motion capture., • Implement gameplay features with Engineering, VFX, Audio and other teams to create great-feeling behaviours for the player., • Foster strong relationships across all departments to proactively resolve team-wide challenges as and when they come up., • As part of the animation team you will offer feedback and suggestions to improve our animation tools and pipeline. • Where necessary, collaborate with outsource partners to create high quality animation assets.
