Step 2 is heavily focused on the practical element of learning. Step 3 - Building your portfolio The final step will be to build your own portfolio website. The portfolio plays a key part in the hiring process as it gives the employer a real insight into your level of ability, creativity and personality. Your Web Developer Role Once you have completed all of the mandatory training, we will place you into a Web Development/Software Development role, where you will be guaranteed a 25k-40k salary.
