This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded Architectural Technologist looking to develop their project experience, broaden their technical knowledge, and build a long-term career with a progressive practice.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs an Architectural Technologist, you will support the design and technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors. Your role will include:\n\nProducing detailed technical drawings and construction information.\n\nSupporting projects across relevant RIBA work stages, particularly planning, technical design, tender, and construction stages.\n\nAssisting with the preparation of planning, building regulations, tender, and construction packages.\n\nCoordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project team members.\n\nAttending design, technical, and site meetings where required.\n\nEnsuring drawings and documentation comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant technical standards.\n\nContributing to the delivery of sustainable and innovative design solutions.\n\nUsing BIM and design software effectively, with Vectorworks experience desirable, although training can be provided.\n\nDeveloping your technical knowledge while working closely with senior members of the team.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou’ll be a motivated and technically capable Architectural Technologist who is keen to progress within a collaborative practice environment.
