Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) Location: Wigan or Preston Full-Time | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH) Salary £50,000 - £55,000 + DOE A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Family team in Wigan or Preston. The Role You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of private family law matters, including: • Divorce and separation, • Financial settlements, including complex and high-value assets, • Children matters and parental disputes, • Domestic abuse and protective orders, • Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements You will also play a key role in supporting the development of the team and contributing to its ongoing growth in the region.
