We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and confident fashion lover with a good attitude and a big smile. The role would be ideal for someone with customer service experience, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a big smile to welcome clients to our pre-loved luxury store. Someone who is both excellent at selling and can offer exceptional customer service. As this is a retail role you will be expected to work a total of 5 days a week with one weekend day included. THE ROLE: - Meeting, greeting and personally styling discerning, fashion forward customers - Selling and driving sales in store and via Whatsapp - Building up a strong relationship with loyal and much loved clientele - Upselling and cross-selling to the customer to help them find what they’re looking for - Shop floor standards, tidying and organising the store: steaming cleaning and running - Encouraging customers to also shop from our website and signing up to our mailer. - Achieving the weekly target Reporting to: Store Manager Requirements: At least 1 year experience in luxury or fast paced fashion retail environment Bubbly, warm and confident holding and making conversations Great people skills and a focus of going over & above for clients Excellent communication, organisation, reliability and attention to detail Proven sales track record Perfect written and spoken English A can-do attitude, warm disposition, and a big smile A desire to remain and grow with the company A passion for luxury fashion A basic understanding of current trends and luxury brands Excellent multitasking skills and able to work accurately at a fast-pace A basic understanding of Microsoft programmes such as Word & Excel Salary Salary starting from £22k + comission Benefits : Company pension Employee discounts Commissions based on performance Work location & hours: 5 Elystan Street, SW3, London 10-6pm, 5 days / week, including 1 weekend day

Independent group of Hotel and Restaurants in central London is looking for a : Duty Manager Manager / CEO Personal Assistant The Duty manager role requires someone overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, and monitoring the efficiency of all processes of the Hotel and employees. The Role We are looking for a friendly and smart person to welcome all arriving and departing guests at the main Hotel entrance. You will often be the first and last person a guest sees - making you an important part of their memory at this prestigious hotel. As a Hall Porter, you will welcome all arriving and departing guests at the main Hotel entrance. You will often be seen as the point of contact for all enquiries for arriving and resident guests. You have to smile and have a warm and welcoming personality. You must also be extremely well presented and have a friendly, confident, yet relaxed manner when dealing with the public. From when guests enter the hotel to when they leave, you will be an important part of the guest experience. Your actions will determine the guests' satisfaction levels and the extent to which they get the most out of their stay.
