Marketing Campaign Manager \n Leicester, Office-based12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)£45,000–£50,000 \n If you're the type of marketer who loves bringing campaigns to life, thrives on spinning multiple plates and enjoys seeing your work make a real commercial impact, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. \n Macildowie are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading hospitality business, to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. \n The Role \n This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to brief agencies and watch campaigns unfold. \n You'll own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with business objectives. From seasonal campaigns and new product launches through to local store marketing, franchise support and promotional activity, you'll be at the heart of keeping everything moving. \n It's a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, so you'll need to be organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. \n Working closely with the Marketing Director, senior leadership team, franchisees and external partners, you'll become the person who keeps the wheels turning. \n What You'll Be Doing \n\n • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to launch and reporting.\n, • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.\n, • Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns across the business.\n, • Develop and distribute local marketing toolkits and campaign assets to franchisees.\n, • Manage campaign activity across key delivery platforms, including Deliveroo and Uber Eats.\n, • Brief and manage internal designers and external creative agencies.\n, • Own the central marketing calendar and keep stakeholders aligned.\n, • Analyse campaign performance and make commercially driven recommendations.\n, • Build strong relationships with franchisees, supporting them with local marketing initiatives whilst protecting brand consistency.\n, • Work collaboratively across the wider business, supporting projects wherever needed.\n\n About You \n You'll already have experience delivering marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, multi-site business. \n You'll probably come from: \n\n • Hospitality\n, • Foodservice\n, • Retail\n\n More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys making things happen. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. \n We're looking for someone who: \n\n • Has proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.\n, • Has exceptional project management and organisational skills.\n, • Can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.\n, • Is comfortable challenging priorities and making decisions.\n, • Understands campaign performance, budgets and ROI.\n, • Enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment.\n, • Is proactive, adaptable and happy to roll their sleeves up when needed.\n\n This is a business with huge ambition, but without the layers of bureaucracy you'd often find elsewhere. \n The culture is genuinely collaborative, supportive and down-to-earth.
