Perform seamless jointing, thermoforming, and polishing to achieve high-quality finishes. Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Operate workshop machinery safely and efficiently. Assist with installation projects when required. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and installation teams to meet project deadlines.About You Proven experience fabricating solid surface materials such as Corian, Hi-Macs, Staron, Krion, or equivalent products. Ability to read and work from technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Experience using woodworking and fabrication machinery. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Full UK driving licence preferred.
