Job Description: A Workday Specialist is responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs. You’ll work in close partnership with a range of both external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders., • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations., • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability., • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies., • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain quality standards throughout the lifecycle., • Serve as the central point of contact., • Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across all levels of the organisation. Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven track record managing end-to-end Workday implementations., • Deep understanding of Workday solutions and implementation best practices., • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
