Location: India & Europe (Frequent International Travel) Industry: Film / Media / Creative Production Employment Type: Full-Time | Project-Based (with long-term potential) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Personal Assistant to support an Indian film director actively working on projects across UK and Europe. This is a rare opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain first-hand exposure to international film production, creative environments, and global travel. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, high-pressure creative settings. Key Responsibilities • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel plans, • Coordinate international travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries, • Act as a liaison between the Director and producers, crew, agencies, and partners, • Handle emails, calls, scripts, documents, and confidential material, • Assist during film shoots, festivals, meetings, and international events, • Provide on-ground support during travel across Europe, • Maintain personal and professional calendars, • Support creative and administrative tasks as required, • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations so the Director can focus on creative work Eligibility & Requirements • Freshers are welcome (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory), • Excellent communication skills (English required; Hindi preferred), • Strong organizational and multitasking ability, • Comfortable with frequent international travel, • Presentable, professional, and culturally adaptable, • Basic computer skills (email, documents, scheduling tools), • Ability to handle confidentiality with maturity and discretion, • Passion for cinema, media, or creative industries is highly desirable What We Offer • Competitive compensation package (aligned with international standards), • Fully sponsored international travel opportunities, • Direct mentorship and exposure to global film projects, • Entry into high-level creative and professional networks, • Career growth in film production, management, or creative fields, • A dynamic, respectful, and fast-growing creative environment
