We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Night Porter to join our esteemed Kitchen team. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes., • Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools., • Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors., • Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling., • Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks., • Maintain a clean and organized workspace., • Follow health and safety guidelines. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required., • Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., • Basic understanding of health and safety practices., • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
