You will be instrumental in designing and delivering a developmental plan that aligns with Jack ’s interests and needs, particularly around his weekly food shopping trips. Key Responsibilities • Use the weekly shopping as a structured activity to encourage language development and cognitive engagement., • Interact with Jack in a way that supports communication, understanding, and independence., • Create a tailored development plan focused on speech, understanding, and interaction., • Use positive praise to reinforce good behaviour and engagement., • Observe and respond to Jack ’s verbal and nonverbal communication., • Record progress and, where appropriate, use video feedback for learning and coaching., • Maintain a calm and consistent approach, always showing empathy and patience., • Inspire and motivate through your own passions and interests. Qualifications A professional qualification in one of the following or have experience • Speech and Language Therapy, • Educational Psychology, • Clinical Psychology (Teacher or Practitioner), • Other relevant qualifications and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is an opportunity to join us at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll have flexibility, independence, and the chance to play a key role in shaping how our production runs as we scale up. The Role We’re looking for a Powder Coating Technician to take ownership of the day-to-day production process. No prior powder coating experience is necessary — full training, PPE, and equipment are provided. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you’re technically minded, enjoy problem-solving, and like the idea of working independently in a hands-on role, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities • Preparing and organising orders, including printing paperwork, • Traying screws ready for powder coating, • Powder coating screws to a consistent high standard, • Carrying out quality control checks on finished products, • Picking and boxing orders from stock, • Booking and preparing shipments via Royal Mail, • Delivering or arranging collection of orders, • Cleaning and maintaining trays (using an angle grinder), • Monitoring stock levels of coated and uncoated screws, • General upkeep of the production area (e.g. hoovering, tidying) Candidate Requirements • A full UK driving licence (essential), • Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality, • Able to work independently and manage your own workload, • Reliable, disciplined, and deadline-focused, • Technically minded with good problem-solving skills, • Experience in car detailing, spraying, or precision finishing work (advantageous but not essential) What We Offer • £15 per hour, invoiced weekly and paid promptly, • Flexible working hours to fit around your schedule, • Full training and all equipment provided, • Dedicated on-site parking, • The chance to be part of a growing start-up where your contribution really matters Self-Employment Information This is a self-employed position.
