The role This role is designed for a high-performing SDR who’s ready to step into an Account Executive role. You’ll still self-source opportunities, but you’ll also run deals end-to-end, from first conversation to close. You’ll be expected to build your own pipeline, attend events, and represent Paiger confidently in the market. If you’re looking for a role where everything is handed to you, this isn’t it. What you’ll be doing • Running discovery calls and product demos, • Closing smaller deals independently, progressing to larger ones over time, • Self-sourcing opportunities via LinkedIn, email, phone, and events, • Attending industry events, expos, and networking sessions to generate pipeline, • Building relationships with recruitment business owners and leaders, • Managing your pipeline, tasks, and forecasting in HubSpot, • Working closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve conversion What we’re looking for • 1–3 years’ experience as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS or B2B environment, • Proven ability to create your own pipeline, not just book meetings, • Confident running calls, asking direct questions, and handling objections, • Comfortable networking and representing the business at events, • Organised, disciplined, and accountable with follow-ups, • Coachable, competitive, and motivated by progression, • Able to commute to Loughton (Central Line) What you’ll get • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, • Clear progression to a full Account Executive role, • Real ownership of pipeline and revenue, • Hands-on coaching and exposure to the full sales cycle, • Hybrid working in a straightforward, commercial culture How to apply Email your CV and a short note to .
