You'll be instrumental in growing our presence across key European markets, working with a mix of established retailers, premium independents and lifestyle destinations.Joining a thriving fashion business with a strong global following and ambitious expansion plans, you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact while helping shape the next phase of international growth.What you'll be doingYou'll take ownership of wholesale growth across Europe, balancing strategic account management with new business development.Your responsibilities will include:Driving wholesale sales across Europe against seasonal and annual targetsDeveloping existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with buyers across premium retail, resort, ski and lifestyle destinationsExpanding the brand's presence across key European territoriesRepresenting the business at European market appointments and sales campaignsDelivering exceptional showroom experiences that showcase the collection at its bestAnalysing sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive growthNegotiating commercial agreements and building long-term partnershipsWorking closely with marketing, operations and brand teams to support launches and activationsSupporting pop-ups, trunk shows and in-store events across your territoryTravelling regularly across Europe to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunitiesWhat we're looking forYou'll probably have:4+ years' wholesale experience within premium, contemporary or lifestyle fashionFluency in at least one key European language (French, Italian or Spanish)Strong understanding of the European retail landscapeA proven track record of growing accounts and delivering sales targetsExperience across both account management and new business developmentExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneouslyExperience using wholesale platforms such as JOORA proactive, adaptable and commercially focused mindsetA willingness to travel regularly across EuropeWhy join us?Because this is more than just another wholesale role.You'll join a business with ambitious growth plans, an engaged customer community and a product offering that's resonating globally.
