Commercial Renewals Manager Location – Orpington Salary – Negotiable + benefits We are looking for a Renewals Manager to support our Commercial Business division based out of the Orpington office location. The Renewals Manager will play a central role in overseeing the end-to-end renewal process for our commercial insurance clients. Working closely with account executives, underwriters, and support teams, you will ensure a seamless and efficient renewal cycle, balancing client needs with business objectives. You will need to be dynamic, organised, and results-driven, with a proven track record in managing renewal processes and a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction. This role will suit someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, understands commercial insurance, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving retention and growth. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the renewal process for commercial insurance clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance., • Coordinate with account managers, underwriters, and brokers to deliver competitive renewal terms and retain key business., • Lead and support the renewals team, ensuring processes are followed consistently and effectively., • Monitor client portfolios, track retention KPIs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products., • Implement initiatives to improve client experience and streamline renewal workflows., • Support strategic planning for renewals, including forecasting and performance analysis., • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards., • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members., • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value renewals.
