Waterview Care Partners is a growing, mission-driven mental health agency based in Perth Amboy, NJ. We are currently seeking licensed bilingual clinicians (Spanish/English preferred) to join our dedicated team of providers offering Intensive In-Community (IIC) services to children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges.
About the Role:
• Position: Part-Time Bilingual Clinician (Independent Contractor)
• Location: Primarily in-home/community-based services across Middlesex County and surrounding areas
• Population: Children and adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs
• Services: Therapeutic interventions (individual/family), goal planning, documentation, coordination with Care Management Organizations (CMOs)
What We’re Looking For:
• Active New Jersey clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience working with youth and families in community-based settings
• Familiarity with IIC services and the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (preferred but not required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and organized clinicians who thrive in flexible, field-based environments
