Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in maintaining and updating our healthcare database by accurately entering patient records, treatment schedules, and other critical information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.


Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately input patient information, treatment plans, billing details, and other relevant data into the healthcare database.
Record Maintenance: Ensure that all records are up-to-date and organized for easy retrieval and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Quality Assurance: Regularly verify and cross-check data entries for accuracy and completeness.
Reporting: Generate and compile reports from the database as required by management or healthcare providers.
Confidentiality Compliance: Adhere strictly to data protection policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare staff to obtain missing or incomplete data and clarify any discrepancies.
Data Backup: Perform routine data backups to ensure the security and integrity of records.
Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company systems and procedures.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administrative support are a plus.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with data management systems and healthcare software is an advantage.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
