Job Description Company Overview: Old Hickory Bar-B-Q Machines is a woman-owned U.S. manufacturer of commercial rotisserie ovens and deli equipment proudly built in New Jersey since 1946. Our products are trusted by supermarkets, restaurants, and foodservice chains across the country. We’re expanding nationwide and building a network of energetic, people-oriented Sales Ambassadors to represent Hickory in key regions. Position Summary: We’re looking for motivated, outgoing professionals to represent Old Hickory within their own local markets — whether that’s Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, Bronx, or anywhere in the U.S. As a Regional Sales Ambassador, you’ll visit local supermarkets, delis, and foodservice operations to introduce our American-made rotisserie equipment, collect leads, and support local dealers. You’ll have full ownership of your territory — planning your visits, managing your time, and reporting your progress each week. This role is ideal for confident self-starters who love meeting new people and take pride in driving results. Responsibilities: * Represent Old Hickory within your assigned territory (e.g., Brooklyn, Manhattan, North Jersey, Central Jersey, etc.) * Visit 10–15 local supermarkets, delis, and foodservice locations weekly * Introduce Hickory’s rotisserie ovens and share catalogs or demos * Track visits, leads, and outcomes in our CRM and submit weekly reports * Coordinate follow-ups with our inside sales and support team * Attend regional trade shows or demos as needed Performance & Accountability: We believe in autonomy and accountability. You’ll receive full support, training, and guidance, but success is measured by your results. If you meet targets, you’ll grow fast. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and people skills * Confident, polished, and self-motivated * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally * Strong sense of personal accountability and organization * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality helpful but not required Compensation: * Base pay: $600/week ($31,200/year) * Commission: 5–8% on new sales * Mileage reimbursement for travel * Full product and sales training * Clear growth path to Senior or Regional Manager roles Location: Local field position — we’re hiring in NJ, NY (Queens/Brooklyn), PA, FL (Miami), and other metro regions.
