Why This Senior Role Sets You Apart 🏢 Portfolio Leadership: Manage $10M+ commercial projects with regional visibility 📈 Strategic Influence: Drive business development and client relationships at executive level 👥 Team Development: Mentor junior PMs while leading 20+ person project teams 🎯 Market Impact: Shape Atlanta's commercial growth with iconic building projects 💼 Executive Presence: Interface directly with C-suite clients and key stakeholders What You'll Lead & Command Strategic Project Leadership • Own end-to-end delivery of complex commercial construction projects ($10M - $50M range), • Drive preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews, • Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, coordinators, and trade partners, • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and profitability, • Build and maintain strategic relationships with owners, developers, and architectural firms, • Participate in proposal development and client presentations for new opportunities, • Serve as primary client liaison throughout project lifecycle, • Identify and pursue additional work opportunities within existing accounts, • Mentor and develop junior project managers and coordinators, • Lead weekly project meetings with all stakeholders and trade contractors, • Coordinate with business development, estimating, and operations teams, • Foster collaborative relationships across all project disciplines, • Develop and manage project budgets with full P&L accountability, • Monitor cash flow, change orders, and contract compliance, • Negotiate contract terms and resolve complex disputes, • Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning, • 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience, • Successful delivery of projects $10M+ in value, • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, • Track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems, • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, etc.), • Strong understanding of contracts, specifications, and regulatory requirements, • Experience with LEED/sustainable construction practices (preferred), • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions, • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholder groups, • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience, • Demonstrated mentoring and team development capabilities, • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required, • OSHA 30-Hour certification, • Active participation in industry associations (AGC, CMAA, etc.) preferred, • Highly competitive base salary ($120K - $160K+ based on experience), • Performance-based bonuses tied to project success and business development, • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k), • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, • Clear pathway to Operations Manager or Regional leadership roles, • Equity participation opportunities for top performers, • Leadership development programs and executive coaching, • Work on Atlanta's most prestigious commercial developments, • Access to cutting-edge construction technology and methodologies, • Collaborative culture with shared accountability for success, • Flexible work arrangements when project demands allow, • Generous PTO and holiday schedule, • Professional membership reimbursements Take Command of Your Career: Submit your resume highlighting your project portfolio, team leadership experience, and client relationship successes.
